droopy plant

i dont know whats going on with one of my plants but its big fan leaves are gettin all droopy and shit and i dont like it. any ideas from seein the pictures? the temp stays around 80 or so and the humidity changes between 50 and 75%. I water about every 4-5 days. Lights are 5-23w cfls and a 70w hps.

Too much water or not enough.

schultz potting soil plus.
13 days into 12/12, 41 days from coming up from seed
temps stay around 80 with the lights on, humidity changes between 50-75%
no idea about the ph
70w hps + 5-23w cfls

a little too hot try to keep it around 70-72

just a thought, not a water problem, plants are not getting nutrients because PH in soil has changed. Already got a slow realease fert soil and compound the problem by feeding nutes. LOL

10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting?
11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)
12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)
13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.
14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?
15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)
16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?
17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?
1 Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?
