Droopy plants, please help!

I transplanted from red Solo cups about three days ago. I gave them Sensi grow part A & B, 3 ml per liter. And they are still drooping. Anybody have any ideas?

Those lights are not helping, can you take a wider shot of the plant and light setup?

What are the conditions like, temps, humidity?
 
Ya sorry, here are better pictures. I'm running a 600W dimmable Led. I just lowered it. I have it set at 40%. It may have been too far away before.

Allow them to dry out before you re water,The plants are in shock for a while after transplant ,they will bounce Back
