So if I was lets say to get cauhgt with a Bong...would I be arrested..?? What if I say its a wter pipe for tobbaco..?? Still arrested/?

cuz they sell water pipes in Tobacco stores..so im guessing they know they sell legal..

depends, if the bong has marijuana resin in it (yes they can test for it) then depending on state law your getting some type of punishment be it fine/probation/jail time... if its a clean bong say brand new you havent used it yet, or it actually only has tobacco in it, then your clean

unless you live in some crazy place that i dont know of.. they cant arrest you unless there's "marijuana residue" on it. But say you bought a "tobacco water pipe" and then smoked weed out of it and then later they caught you, yeah you could get in trouble

In Georgia.. Bongs are illegal but "water pipes" are legal.
In the back of this skate shop, the owner sells pipes and you
can*t say bong or he will throw you out. Have to say water pipe.

U can use rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs to clean out some pieces for transport if you are worried.Bongs be smart they r best kept at home..Keep a smaller bowl u can fit in ur hand for travel if need be, that way u can chuck it when no ones lookin.Or roll Js u can eat lol.
