Dry Sift - Pollen Collector

Does anyone have experience with these sift extractors? I would like to build one so please post any tips, diy, questions, and experience here.

I have these but it takes some effort. The machines above just spin doing all the work. You can run it for 10 secs or so to get the first bounce glandular heads. You can then run for several minutes to an hour. I am reading that frozen material works best because the heads break off easier. You also want to sift in a cold room. I may attempt to build one myself.

Yeah I built my own. Just ordered a few yards of 110 line mesh and cut 2 round pieces of plywood. Used a long threaded rod to make the drum and stapled the fabric to the plywood. Dropped that into a Rubbermaid container and walla. Will not make full melt. You only get full melt dry sift with work. But tumblers work great to make sift for pressing into rosin. I hand work my material on screens then after all the material goes through a 10 min spin and pressed. Hand worked sift gets cleaned to 99.9%

I picked up this micron and plan to do essentially what you have described. Do you have a photo to share. Here is the micros screen I bought along with mini micron screens I will use to make rosin.
