Dry Spots on Leaves?

I am currently growing Short Rider, and what has appeared on 2 of my plants seem to be super dry spots on the leaves, and they crumble very easily. I water them once a day, I have a blue plastic cup that I usually fill up one and a half times of a mixture of 3tsp of both SensiBloom part A and SensiBloom part B (thats 6tsp total) to every gallon (I use milk gallons to mix them in). So far they have been doing great on this, but the dry spots just started appearing. I also had to move my flowering room locations, and this location has a greater chance for bugs, I don't know if it WOULD be bugs (i've seen a few flying around my light from time to time). The ones that have the problems are around 9 weeks old.

So I think I'm coming to the conclusion that it might be bugs eating at the leaves, but I really need a second opinion. An answer ASAP and maybe some advice on how to get rid of them, maybe some references for a real good organic soap?
