[DRYING] WITHOUT circulation FAN?

Is it possible to dry buds without a fan to circulate the air in the room? If you can somehow control the humidity in some other way will there be a problem just without the fan? Like if you cut small branches and put them in groups of 2-3 in small cardboard boxes. Then open them to breath like 2-3 times a day? Would the buds lose their potent smell or smell like grass/chlorophyll after?

I know air circulation around buds is the best thing to do, but is it absolutely necessary? You can prevent mold with not letting humidity rise too much and airing the space every couple of hours, but if this is done perfectly would there be other problems with the buds?

you can prevent mold with proper rh, issue is you have no idea of the rh inside of a bud, and moving air gets in there too.
your mid is made up, you have been warned, go for it anyways. but you owe it to the forum to show us the moldy buds resulting form an ill drying adventure when finished.
to some of us this mold prevention is life or death, if its not to you fuck it, do as you wish.

You need not only good airflow. But to have the rh under control. Let either one go unmanaged for too long. And you may as well be growing mold.
