Lol nice man as long as you keeping track of pH and ppm and room climate don't forget to flush like me I'm a dumb ass and now dealing with a mag deficiency/lockout
Yeah, the environmentals have been pretty good lately, couple days with lower humidity though in the 40s.

I can’t flush, even if I could I probably wouldn’t. My veg tent and flower tent run off the same reservoir.

Just waiting for the middle of the canopies to fill in a bit, then they'll get flipped. Been checking to make sure that none of the sprayers are blocked daily. They're picking up steam now that I don't have major deficiencies. I haven't been doing much defoliation, just keeping underneath clean and removing old messed up leaves when new ones grow in. I've been trying to tuck the fan leaves in that are shading the lower branches instead of removing them, but the ones on the inside of the plants that were blocking airflow got removed. The stems are getting pretty large.

The plants in the veg tent are getting heavily defoliated every week, they’ll get cloned soon.

Aero res
pH 5.8
ppm 400
1:2:3ml protekt:magpro:grow/gallon of RO.

I think they might be a little hungry still, but not too much. I think this because my ppm drops a little bit over the day, but not a lot, and the reservoir level is dropping more 1+ gallon a day. Almost at equilibrium, pH is only going down to 5.7, before it would drop a lot (at lower nutrient concentrations).

Thanks a lot for those who helped me, and everyone else who posts useful tidbits of info.

Day 1 of flowering for two BB.

Decreased my spray time to 2 seconds on, 3 minutes off.

Made a shitty cardboard light trap for one of the passive vents on the flower tent, temps are more in line with ambient now, using less extraction. Looks like shit, works though.

Aero res
pH 5.8
ppm 410
temp 68f

Flipped the flower tent into 12/12 yesterday.

Cut some more clones, a couple of the clones I took before are rooting finally. They aren't looking too hot though, so I took some new ones.

Veg tent is looking alright, they're starting to look happier. They got defoliated a couple of days ago. That plant on the left is getting pretty fuckin big to be in the veg tent though. I keep topping it, trying to keep it in the veg tent for probably another four weeks or so. Gonna be on the large side.

Room temps at night have been dipping into the 60's because I keep forgetting to shut the damn door. Made myself a reminder.

Day 3 of flowering for the BB. They're looking pretty ok.

Aero res
pH 5.8
ppm 400
temp 68

tent temps are 75f day and around 70f at night, been remembering to shut the door.

pics are from today, about thirty minutes before lights out in the flower tent. Veg tent stays on for a while longer.

One of my plants had fungus gnats on the roots, I ordered some of that bacteria that's supposed to kill the larvae. I'll just add it to the reservoir for a few weeks, no big deal. Glad that there's an alternative to chemical pesticides, at least for the pest that I have.

It looks like they're feeding on a mulch pile outside in my neighbor's yard. There's a lot of them buzzing around out there.

Get some Monterey Spinosad, 15 ml/gallon with 1 drop of dish soap and water every three days, for 2 weeks with that. Once they are dead move to once a week until harvest. I'm endemic here for Thrips and that's what I use and it works great.

Cool, Do you think it would be ok to add it to my reservoir? I do weekly changes.

I honestly do not know. I do drain to waste so that is not an issue for me. I'm not sure what method you use but when I ran NFT I was always worrying about fouling my drippers. I told you what works for me if you wish to try it differently that is up to you. I'd be curious to hear what happens if you do add it to your system, and what type of system you are running.

I’m running (more like trying to run lol) a high pressure aeroponics system. I’ve not had any problems with clogged nozzles yet, I think due to the filtration (pump strainer and then 1 micron sediment filter) that the nutrient solution has to go through before it gets pumped into the pressurized part of the system. But I do have several hundred replacements if one does get clogged and can’t be cleaned out. I check on the roots of all the buckets daily looking for any issues.

I’m going to try it (spinosad, just picked it up) if the bacteria I bought (gnatrol) don’t do the trick, I’m hoping they do but if they don’t I’ll put the spinosad in the reservoir. As long as it doesn’t foam I don’t think it will be fine. If it foams that may cause me problems with the nutrient solution being able to penetrate the root ball. I’ll shake some up in a container to see if it does foam.

I’ve got screens on all intakes to my tents so the gnats had to have gotten in while the tents were open for maintenance. I got the yellow sticky traps on the way too, but don’t know where I should put them.

Thanks so much for helping and for your advice, I really appreciate it. So does the wife since it’s really for her.

Bob helped me with the nutrient ratios that I’m using now, which has really turned the health of the garden around. I’m experiencing very rapid growth now, which is more in line with my expectations.

Thanks,
@curious2garden and @Bob Zmuda

Day 10 of flowering for the BB

Trying to wait 20 more days before putting the largest plant in veg into flower, gonna be pretty big.

Clones are going to get transplanted when their roots are a bit longer.

Haven’t caught any more gnats, just the one.

Day 12 of flowering for the BB.

I changed the res this morning.

I’ve noticed that towards the end of the week that the growing tips are slightly more yellow towards the petiole and growth slows, and the purple striping creeps up, so I’ve increased the amount of magpro from 2ml/gal to 3ml/gal. Now we’re running 1:3:3ml/gal protekt:magpro:grow this week.

I need to make more RO but I have to wait till later.

Aero res
pH 5.8
Ppm 480
Temp 68

I need to add water to my coolant reservoir, and a few ml of bleach.

Haven’t seen any fungus gnats, only got the one on a sticky trap and all of my plants have them on the buckets.

Going to cut clones at the end of the week from the plants in the flower tent. There are a shitload of good looking branches that would end up as larf. The bottom of the plants need cleaning up, its a jungle down there.
