Dual room build needs help...

A medical situation is making a friend setup 1 big room divided to 2 equal partitions. 7ft x 10ft each. 2 600 HPS in each room. They are going to be setup as vertical grows. Each room will be 12 on/off on a flip flop.

Can someone help with ventilation issues... It gets really cold in the winter and really hot in the summer. Air is going to be vented in via a window. What can one do to control the room temps? especially when the lights are off.

Hot air is going to be vented out a different window as well.

thanks.

Ok...

here is an updated layout...
Does it look OK?

Also... Is there going to be a problem with cold winter temperatures when the lights are off in either rooms?

thanks

I can't see your image... says it has errors...? Anyway, running the two rooms opposite one another is just going to compound your issues, imho. in the same type of climate & you will always be adjusting w that operation. Also wouldn't vent out a window as this is very, very suspicious... always open no matter what the temps/ac is doing... 24/7...? Odd. Best option is to cut holes in the drywall & vent into the attic area... you can patch them easy. Peace brother.

Since you have windows, I am assuming you live in an area that is remote and don't have to worry about people seeing in. I would only use the Windows for ventilation a few hours a day though. Plants like fresh air, but it is much easier to control temp without windows.

To keep your room cool I would just suggest a fan or two in each corner. In the winter, get some space heaters. There are a lot of options for these...you shouldn't have a problem keeping your rooms warm.
