well i use a basement and run them only a couple hours in the middle of the night cycle cause it will bring my tempature in the room to low but if it doesnt bring it to low go with it.

i was running my 400watt hps with a 425 cfm blower. blower to ducting to hood to ducting to exhaust out of the room. and if i dont run it 24/7 my room will sometimes get pretty warm like 90-100, which is reallllly bad, so ive decided to just keep it on 24/7 just in case of those hot days when i cant open the room

I keep my fan and lights running 24/7. For the exhaust, i just open my closet door
