Dude, if they are in veg they cant be pollinated. Spray them down with water before flowering and you will be Fine.

Every Single Preflower that forms a seed must come in contact with pollen, not just preflowers. The buds that would get pollinated havent even grown yet.

ok bro im just making sure and then making sure again u know what im saying but if one of my plants in veg that had something weird in the calyx thats nothing to worry about is what ur saying. i understand they cant get pollenated unless they have preflowers but i think the ones that arent showing have something wrong with them i sprayed them down and cleaned everything from head to toe and when the preflowers come its like their pollenated but im not sure ...

thanks :!:

i keep having problems even after i clean or so i think so maybe.

ill just trow them out and start over i got a bunch of little plants maybe a week 1/2 old or so if i cant find a solution or figure out if they are pollenated

but id like to find another way because id be losing genetics and a shit load of decent sized plants and that would suck ....

someone let me know what u think i should do thanks again.bongsmilie

The preflower might form a single seed, but it wont affect your buds. Preflowers in veg plants cant pollinate your buds. The buds havent formed yet so there would have to be a new source of pollen when your flowering.

thanks man thats the answer i was looking for so even if the pre flowers are pollenated once i put them in flower that wont matter unless i have a hermie or something so the pre flowers if pollenated wont pollenate any of my bud am i right sorry for asking all these questions but i got to be sure before i waste more of my time with seeded bud thanks bc for ur time its greatly appreciated peace out ...widow:blsmoke:

Yeah man, your good to go, once you flower they cant get pollenated and seeded unless there is a new source of pollen, like hermies, or males.

Make sure you clean out your grow area though, any pollen that might be on the wall, or settled on a shelf or something could get stirred up when your flowering. Bleach and water in a spray bottle works great. Just take the plants out and spray down the walls and stuff in the grow area.

Do Not spray the plants with bleach/water. Just spray them down with water.
