Hey bro, I'm no expert, but I've read a few times that co2 in the water does nothing. You want lots of oxygen in the water and co2 in the air. There are co2 generators for grow rooms that release the co2 for the plants to breath. Hope that helps a little.

50 GALLON RES!!! Thats gonna get heavy my man and i hope u never ave to clean it.... The pic below is the little beauty im thinking up, it has 8 3 gal buckets that hold 5 clones. The airpump is General Hydroponics dual diaphragm air pump 320 gph with 4 - 1/4 outlets. thos will be split into 8 outlets each with a 5 inch bubble disc in each of the 8 buckets.the mothers will be maintained with cfls, but im thinking to keep up with clone needs, im gonna have to get a 150 mh. The mothers will be in a 15 gallon res with regular 60 gph air pump from walmart($10.54)and fed minimal grow nutes and superthrive. the clones will be in bubblecloners, either 3 shoe box size, one large shallow rubber container, i saw one at the dolla store of all places, that was like 2.5ft x 2ftx .5ft. Single outlet 20 GPH pump with 6 inch stone should be enough if i use shoe box bubble cloners.
This Bubbly-Beast should be up and runnin in the coming weeks.

P.S.- All i need now is some "Bubble" Kush seed to top of all this Bubbleiciousness

if you can find plastic coated metal netting, that would be the best, i found some in my shed, I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT CAME FROM, but the idea to grow pot with popped in my head. try and find out what kind of metal is safe to be in the res with plants and find chicken wire made of that material. some hardware stores sell chicken wire by the foot.

Glad to see I have a new place to poll the experts. Thanks to all for making my first DWC grow a fun one. Plus I have a monster baby plant growing now. I have used dirt for many , many years and I have to say I have never seen a plant from a seed grow so dam fast. My hat is off to all the growers that helped & will help in the future!
I'm going 100% DWC all the way.

The Mango's Slow? Sounds yummy. Mine is doing good, buds fattening up on her nicely. I did find a single male flower on her the other day, cut if off very carefully. Used it to pollinate small popcorn bud, see what happens. I just started some cherry-tomato's in jiffypeats a few days ago, nothing as of yet, want to show daughter how dwc works for them compaired to dirt. We will do a side by side.

the420 apprentice- You DO NOT want to run co2 into the water on your grow. Co2 should be applied during lights on over top of plant. You should even remove air pumps from co2'ed room so they dont suck it up and put into water. hope this helps.

Anyone know if dwc grow club thread can be moved to subform????

Cool, man I'm on the same track. I got three types of tomatoes, and a few other veggys seeding now. I'm going to seed them all in dirt then move some of each to DWC. That was what the new build was for. Then when they plant your outdoor crop I will move them same day. That way there is no advantage to either party.

I love the Peat-Pots and more when I have pot in them.

We will have to share some veggy pics this year.

What strain popcorn buds you got man?
The Mango is my number pick, the strain that will blow your brain!
The seeds are so small and black as the night.
Next time we pull some out I'll get a pic of the buds man.

Peace

Yea Slow jiffypeats are easy-water add seed-cover. What I said about popcorn bud was I found a single male flower on my flowering girl. I cut it off and pollenated one of the little popcorn buds on same plant to see what happens. I was very wierd though. Only one male flower, I looked all over the plant today and dont see any more of them, damndest thing.

You got a "Heshe" never seen a real one myself but have heard they exist.
Herms are strange but I guess a plant will do whatever it has to do to reproduce. After all that is the plants only job.

This isnt A hermie though, that was the ONLY flower I saw. Ive heard that if you flower too long the female could male flower itself, but its only been 5 weeks I think. Like I said damndest thing. Good thing I dont have a fan blowing that shit around. Was careful to only cut single male flower off. I look at this thing like 2x a day, and now looking closer, still not seeing more. I had an obvious hermie last grow, white pistels and sacs, at same time in flower, but to find one all of a sudden in like 5 weeks is wierd to me.

Well that does make it a lot stranger doesn't it. I read they will do many things to reproduce. I guess this is just one of them.

Did yoyu get "Chevy HP" this month? 66 Nova on the cover, WOHOO!!!

Peace
