Wassup peepz! yea i know its going fucking slow but after this weekend we gonna be on a roll! No nutes yet, just water and canna rhizotonic. It helps the plant form a strong healthy root system and it protects well from the stresses of a seedling.

Today i fed them nutes for the first time.very light 1.5ml/gal of the GH Flora nutes.
2ml/gal diamond nectar
18ml/gal Canna rhizotonic.
Im gonna use the GH line for vegging and the Canna line for flowering.
They are starting to build a good root system.Iwish i would have taken pics of the roots already but i was in a rush.and the afgan kush came in today with the power skunks and 1 poison.Peace

Nice setup! BTW- I looked at that seed bank place you spoke of and WOW!! They got some nice seeds for sure but man they are way over priced IMHO.....I mean like 75% overpriced.....just a FYI

Anyhow a few questions for ya sir......why you not using SH nutes? Just curious as they work very well with this system. I assume this is your first time using a SH system? I also have some other Botanica Pro Bloom nutes Im wanting to try out later maybe...Im practicing with the system myself right now and growing herbs which is for my first time, thanks to Roseman and others is turning out VERY VERY well. I am most impressed with the system overall....but the SH nutes was really one of the "plus's" I thought since the hardest part is gettting your PPM and PH water conditions under control. After that..HYdro is EASY as pie! A good PPM EC/TDS/PH meter is a MUST have though! Its as important as your lights.....I found that out rather fast. The best thing about these SH sytems is you can correct a problem EASY (with a good meter that is, you can also know EXACTLY what your plants are eating, drinking, needing..ect at ALL times)! You can almost revive ANY dead plant...I have seen this first hand...its amazing! DOnt let anyone tell you different. YOu can do things with Hydro siol growers can only DREAM of doing! Ive used both side by side..there is no comparison. I have grown in soil for over 30 years....always had a garden and ALWAYS grew our own veggies......it was/is pretty much a family tradition for me. We always have had a garden..even growing up. When I first saw the power of using Hydro, I was blown away!

What size light you using and how far away is your light from your plants? One thing you could do to help them when they are that small is use a humidity dome. You can make easy by finding any small clear plastic cup. Like if you ever seen these little fruit cups at the grocery store? They are delicious also!.lol

Or you can cut a plastic 20oz soda bottle in half and place over each baby...helps alot. They are not really ready for HID yet, so it not only retains water inside the cup as condensation, but it takes the edge off that HID light. You can bring it a little closer using a dome also, but dont come no closer than within 12-15 inches with HPS or MH 400w bulbs. Check for heat and hot spots! But Im sure you know that part already!

Good Luck!

The nutes...i was previously growing in the AG and i didnt like those tab nutes so i ordered my own.I make my own recipe and give tem more or less as i want.I already had the nutes before i ordered the BP.I got the full canna line and general hydro line.
yea i got a 400w in a cooltube and i can put that lamp in the cooltube like 9 inches away. That cooltube does wonders/.And you dont need all that humidity dome and all that..ive never used it and had a 99% success rate. All that stuff helps but is not needed.
Seeds.Ive ordered from many diff. companies and you get what you pay for.I dont know where you live but we have to pay good money to get good seedsAnd these seeds are by far the best ive seen. They got my business for a looooong time!.The last seeds i ordered not vfrom attitude but some other place..thet were very UGLY seeds. These i just ordered from attitude are very good lookind seeds like they come from people who know wwhat they r doing.i keep my ph at 6.3. hydro nyou wanna keep in range 5.8-6.5.3.3 beind optimal.
Yes they grow very fast and yeild big fruit!PeacE.

I believe in getting what you pay for and all that, but those prices are just WAY outta line IMO. You should shop around, you can get as good or better quality seeds for 75% less then what you pay at that place.....seriously...but if your happy with them and dont mind paying triple...I guess thats all that matters....

Peace!
