Dwc Help!?!

Hi All,

I have grown DWC before in a closet, now i have a large room to play with. I have 3 600W HPS kits, 10x10 ft of space, all the vent equip necessary. I want to use 10 buckets for 10 clones (kush). I was thinking that I could have two rows of 5 and connect a reservoir to each row. My confusion herein lies as follows:

• How big should I make the buckets for each individual plant?
• How big should I make each reservoir?
• How big of a water pump do I need for each system (for optimum circulation)?
• Am I being stupid/should I just use one reservoir for all ten?

it would be cheaper to just have one reservoir. if you have 10 buckets then you will need 10 airpumps. or you could use 5 that have dual outlets and put 1 in each bucket. i have 1 purple kush plant growing in a dwc setup. i used a 5 gallon bucket and 2 air pumps from walmart. its been growin great.

air stones and pumps are relatively inexpensive...its the water pumps that get pricey. I was going to put one plant in each 5 gal bucket... do you think it will be too much space for one plant? with the 1800w all together I figured it would reach max potential...

no thats not too much space. i have one plant in mine and its been growing great.

Good Lawdy that tutorial was informative. Looked like somebody trying to build a combo of a washing machine and a TV set. I got all that in my head now. I can do it surely.

Well to tell the truth I been wearing that Grow Faq plumb out. Lot of good info in there. I just sorta have trouble pulling out in a useable format sometimes. I am a handicapped person ya know? Early Alzheimers. Runs in the family. Like my brother say all our family has passed young without knowing our own names. Lol...thats funny huh? Anyway I love you all and it sure is nice to share some fella/lady ship with the entire contingent. I mainly come to places like this to have fun. I dont watch much TV cept for the History Channel and Sponge Bob etc. Love Future Weapons on the Military Channell too. Used to like the cooking channel till I figgered out I cook mo betta than them Now I aint conceited just convinced. Now anything I ever try to grow tends to die. Did raise some good tomaters a few year back. Still aint sure how that happened. Try Peter's Plant Food..you can smell the B vitamins in there. Muracle Grow dont smell like nothing to me.

Yeah hear you talking. Now will reccomend only two shows on Food TV which is worth a flip..aka..Alton Brown "Calling All Cooks" and my girlfriend's show which passes for Rachel Rays 30 min Meals. Now if you think shes a hottie two might try her 40 buck a day show. She supposed to have had buttock implants. Aint sure on that one..but if so she had an excellent surgeon.
