DWC soup temp fluctuations

Hi all, I moved my growing area from my garage to a hidden chamber in the master bath. Before with the buckets on the concrete I was lucky enough to have a consistent 68-70 degree soup solution. However, with the new location my temps are going up into the high 70's and I started to get root rot. I have implemented the old frozen water bottle every few hours in the soup, until I can get the chiller situation straightened out. With the water bottle solution the soup is fluctuating from 64 degrees to 70ish and sometimes up to 75 if I have to leave the house for extended hours. Is this detrimental to my girls? This is my first grow in the new location and all I have right now is rooted clones that aren't growing. I figure that the root rot seriously impaired the growth, but I've got the temps down now and was wondering if the fluctuations were inhibiting the growth.

Thanks.
