It's either nute burn or the beginning of a K def. Do you use any nutes? If no, it might be time to. If yes, slow down on them.

and watering every other day.
This immediately stuck out to me. While it may not be the immediate problem, it could definitely become a problem in the very near future. Let it dry out for a good, long while.

As for the dying leaves, it could be some sort of deficiency since it is outdoor soil. Are you using any nutrients?

Im not going to be using any nutrients for this one, its just my own little experament
Then it's pretty much clear, it's a K deficiency. You might want to look into organic, chemical free nutes and fertilizers.

PS: the pruple stem is nothing to worry about. It's simply due to genetics. It can however be caused by cold nights, but only in minor cases.

I agree with you that the leaves are showing a K issue, a bad one really especially this early, but purple stems are bad that is a P deficiency. When the leaves are purple then that is due to cooler temps.

I agree.

Sometimes pruple stems are just purely part of the plant's genetics, but in this case, it's a sign of P def. The stem isn't completly purple, just a part of it. That's a clear sign.

that doesn't seem like it would be it because I have a group of plants going right now that are growing both in and out because of indoor heat issues. 1000 watts gets hot and when my indoor temps rise above 80 I put them out side for the day, they love it and they don't get the sun every day mostly the 1000 watts.

Your plants are having nutrient issues.

Lets talk about your soil for a bit.
What type is it?
Does it have an NPK value?
ANy water holding properties to it?
What about extented release nutrients?
How's your drainage?
ANy gnats flying around?
