i told them i would canvas for them this summer and fall. i like walking around and talking to low to medium propensity democrats about why they should vote and how important it is.
the hillary campaign i volunteered for was done better than any other i have ever volunteered for. the canvassing packets were organized into perfect neighborhood sections. they even printed out maps of neighborhoods, highlighted the houses, and gave ample supplies of flyers, clipboards, pens, and whatnot.
the fellow volunteers and leaders were great too.
i hope polis can organize a movement as well as hillary did.

Oh gawd. Another thought guide. Why not put up something that contains the candidate's message from the candidate himself? From the screen shot, I thought it was something from MSNBC and for the first few seconds it WAS riveting stuff from MSNBC. Theeeeeen the thought guide guy appropriates the video starts blabbing what he thinks and I shut it off. Pissed off at the sham.
The pattern in these thought guides is a minute, more or less, of actual information followed by ten minutes of some nobody telling the audience what the POI said and what they meant, often times they distort the original message into something altogether false. This shit has more than the whiff of propaganda. No wonder tty has lost touch with reality.
