Dyna-Gro Bloom Question

I did a long search here on the board and I can't seem to find
out what is the correct dose of Dyna Grow Bloom to use in my outdoor
soil containers for flowering? The directions read to use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon
every time I water for outdoor plants. I would follow the directions but
I remember a few here on the board said to use less then the recommended amount
for soil applications because Dyna Grow are strong nuets. Does this sound correct?
Could any friends here chime in and let me know what method of feeding in soil with dyna grow bloom has worked for you without any ill effects? And does dyna grow change the ph in the water/soil and needing
adjustment?

I don't know about soil, but.... dynagrow bloom will bring your ph way down at 7mls per gallon. They intend for us to use some proteck (or ph up) to balance the ph back out.
