Is dyna-gro grow and bloom(as well as all their other products) synthetic(chemical) or organic nutes

This is important to know because I use H2o2. Iam only sold on purchasing if there synthetic?

Thanks for any reply

they are completely non-organic. The grow has less nitrogen than the foliage pro. There's guys who use organics in these systems but it gets gunky.

Not to thread jack, please tell me if iam outta line. One more ?

I've been reading a lot about nutes(majority Uncle Bens) and iam curious if schultz and peters are also non-organic

And if there ok to use in hydro. Sorry that's 2 questions

Uncle Ben is a great source of info but he's definitely a soil guy. I'm the only person I know of so far who's using foliage pro in hydro, but it's been working really well for me, so . . . . .

P.S. I'm no nutrient expert. Just another pilgrim.

been debating back and forth till my head spins bout which ratios and nutrients to use might give the foliar pro a try see what happens.

I never had to use the growbig since soil was always good till flowering but converting over to hydro as well with the aeroflo2 & my new bluelab guardian for the res. just calibrated it seems to be working great.

what are you running total ppm in flowering with the dyna gro might i ask?

seen 900ppm on the veg i think you mention earlier.

nice bud btw Sureshot looks alot like one of my nyc diesels i got going although you said yours is mr. nice

I'm running 950 in flowering right now. They look good and I'm not going to push it any further. Maybe next grow or if I get a strain that's a true nute glutton.

I've added in the fox farm solubles. 1/2 tsp/gallon of Cha Ching right now.
About to feed my seedling for the first time. On the bottle of Foliage -pro it says 1/4 tspn per watering or 1 tspn per week. Is this stuff really that strong?

Also, how much should I fed them for their first feed, considering they will be about 1 week old? If they say 1/4 tspn every watering and you give quarter strength first feed because they are so young - a quarter of a quarter is a 16th. How the hell am I supposed to measure out such a small amount?

I wouldn't feed a week old seedling.

You can take a measured amount of Foliage Pro and combine it with an equal part of RO water. Now you have a 1/2 strength base. So 1/4 tsp = 1/2 tsp, etc.

Or you can mix up solution at 1/4t/gallon, dilute THAT with 3 times as much water and presto. there you are.

1/4 tsp/gallon is their recommended 'maintenance' concentration, but that's for like maintaining house plants. for 'production', like GROWING things, you can gradually go up to 2tsp/gallon which does indeed give you massive vegetative growth, you betcha.

I'm growing in coco and perlite. No nutes.

The highlighted part is what I will do.

Thanks.

so shnkrmn how has the foliage perfomed in flower? do you have pics of a update
9 weeks for the two yellow plants. I chopped them 6 days ago. Looks like 3 or 3 1/2 zips per plant. The plant in the grey tub (soil) is a complete beast and will probably be a 6 ounce plant.

The purple plant in the background is coming down shortly; I expect another 3 oz from that one. The plants in the foreground of this pic are in hydro at 6 weeks flowering. They are not going to be champ yielders but that's the strain. As you can see they are very healthy.

Nothing beats foliage pro in hydro veg as far as I'm concerned. I'm growing A-train and Chronic right now and they flat took off the last few weeks. I have the same strains growing in soil next to them and they are half the size (same nutes :)_).
