Dynagro - Should you scale back nutes?

Here is the dynagro feeding schedule:
http://www.hhydro.com/files/Instructions/dynagro.pdf

It basically has you cut the bloom fertilizer after the third week, then again after the sixth. You keep Mag-Pro, it's bloom booster, pretty much throughout.

Does this sound right? It seems a little counter-intuitive - only thing I can figure is that the nutes build up in the soil, so that even though you are scaling back, the plant is actually getting that same amount / more. Just worried about under feeding right at the end and screwing up the yield.

You generally want to avoid sticking to any feeding schedules given out by nutrient companies. They're just basic guidelines, an average if you will, for all fruits/veggies/house plants and I've not found a single one that doesn't overfeed. PM me some info about your grow (hydro or soil? RO or tap water? lighting?) and i'll shoot you over a good starting point that should set you up for success.
