Early preflower picture. male or female?

Appears female to me, but no hairs so I can't be positive. Wait a little while longer to be sure.

The preflower has two parts that look like two opposing hooks or claws and that leads me to think male or herm.

I believe that is a male. You can wait a few days to be sure.
