Replace the hardware on the plow?
That and the motor that's sitting on the containment curb behind the plow.

Oh cutting blades too, which were worn down in one year. Replaced them first thing last year. it's a good problem to have, really.

Same here man. No snow no work.
dont think we are that far from each other. After not having enough salt the last two years, I bought 5 more pallets.. ive only gone through 3 this year, and NOTHING in sight. 15 pallets may go to shit if we dont get some snow, as humidity turns the icemelt to rock. Of course its dumping rain like no other. would easily have been 6 inches of snow.

We've been SO lucky in Chicago, only one major snowfall this year that was gone over a weekend. Temps are way above average, and every nasty weather system just misses us. We've had non-stop rain here today, if this shit would have been snow we'd be like you poor bastards. We deserve it, though. Enough things suck about this city...

Yup. I run over the solid bags with the bobcat to make them at least halfway useable.

Shit I don't know what the fuck is going on in New England we have like no snow just rained yesterday and it's been pretty warm usually we got snow banks taller than me by this time but not this year. I love it!! We got mud season going on in the dead of fucking winter. I can't wait for the ice caps to thaw and all the lower elevation areas flood cause my mountain land will be worth millions. :bigjoint:
