Ebb & Flow SOG System Idea, Need input please!!

I'm a newbie for the most part, I have a couple soil grows under my belt. I'm wanting to start a hydro/sog setup. I'm pretty crafty and tend to over analize things so, here is my ideas:

I'm going to build a flood table in my current box that has a 400W HPS, 4" intake centrifugal fan, 4" exhaust centrifugal fan w/ carbon filter. The box is also lined with reflective mylar. I will be adding a cool tube soon

My table sketch (please excuse the crudeness, I'm sure someone could draw it better using a crayon so bear with me)
I'm thinking that the one table will have 4 individual chambers with their own tank and pump.

My though process says that I can control the nutrients, ph, etc... in each section throughout the flower stage to sustain the quality for each harvest or maybe I am trying to "re-engineer the wheel." I plan to only put clones into this box to help control plant size.

I don't want to build another box and have to upgrade lighting.

My main questions/concerns:

Are four chambers too many? Do I only need one chamber for flushing and one for the rest of the table?
Will this be too complex and not worth wasting the time and resources?

Any input will be greatly appreciated, and please let me know if I am wasting my time!!!

Thanks,
