"EBB n Flow" Bucket system vs flood trays

Ok guys...Im in the process of setting up my first grow room....Im working with a 4"L x 6"W room. I plan to implement a 4x6 dual grow tent. 400w Fluros on one side (veg)....400-600w HPS on the other (Flower). I originally planned to use two 3x3 flood trays in the tent, but lately the ebb n gro bucket system has been looking more and more appealing to me. Im looking at the 2 gallon bucket system with 12 pots. 55G res. Based on experience...which one is more suitable for the size room i have...and will complement the grow tent best, Is it easier to do SOG with one over the other?...also are their any big difference in yields?

Whats the main difference from the 2 gallon bucket or the 5 gallon bucket besides the fact that the 5 gallon buckets allow more root growth.

Sorry i know this question has been asked before...but i want advice from EXPERIENCED growers. based more on personal experience.

However ALL good advice is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

5 gal bucket will use more nutrient solution.. gotta change it more often.
it will also take up more space, so if you're cramped go with 2gal, its more than enough.

I went with buckets as I have height restrictions and they allow me to keep the plants as close to the floor as possible and still run hydro. Not sure if that is something you have to consider or not.
