Edge Yellowing

Here are some pix of my 2 week old babies. One is a northern lights and the other is a blue hash. Both are being grown in soil and are currently in 1/2 gallon containers. I watered on day 1 when they were in dixie cups with plain water ph balanced to about 5.7. I transplanted 7 days in to the 1/2 gallon containers and watered with water and fox farms big bloom ph balanced to 5.7. Week 13 I watered again with just plain water ph balanced to 5.7 and these pictures were taken at watering time. Other than the edges the plants look healthy, just don't want them to spread.

Any ideas or am I just being to sensative?

What kind of soil are you using? IF you're using the FFOF soil, it has some nutes in it already. You shouldn't need to add any additional nutes for about a month or so. So, it's possible there's a bit of nute burn going on.

Either way, your plants look just fine to me. Best of luck.

For this grow I'm using a local soil that is put together by a local nursery. It doesn't have any added nutes (other than what occurs naturally in soil) or time release stuff. I figure the big bloom i used might have some part in it, but just want to be sure since from what I've read big bloom is supposed to be really easy on seedlings.

The reason I opted for a local soil is just price. Fox farms isn't sold anywhere locally and when I was using it, it cost me about 40/bag to get is shipped here.
