Edgestar Extreme Cool 14,000 BTU Dual Hose for a Sealed Room (as per GrowerMD)

Hi Guys and Ganja Girls I have been wanting to do a sealed room grow with a gas fired co2 generator, dehumidifier and good a/c unit for a good while now... I will be using air cooled magnum xxxl's with 600w digi ballasts (4 in total) in an insulated enclosure Because of the design of my property and where i am situated it is not convenient to use a mini split (even though i hear these are the best...) due to drawing suspicion to having the heat exchanger mounted outside of a tall building!!! - would just look bad... So i saw these Edgestars.... i know that GrowerMD uses them on YouTube and he always gets good results... What i want to know is... will it suck co2 out of my room?... or will it just cool the a/c unit on its own - i.e will it NOT create any negative pressure therefore keeping all available co2 in the room That's all i want to know...
