Educate me on the trichs

so i took these pics and am wondering what it all means. my understanding is that you want a certain percentage to be cloudy and maybe even a certain percentage to be amber, depending on what type of high you're looking for. i'm looking for the energetic, up feeling and just don't know exactly what to look for. in these two pics i have what appears to be clear and cloudy, but no amber, so do i need to wait for a few amber trichs to appear before i pull? do i need to wait until the clear trichs all turn cloudy? any help is appreciated.

you got it, wait till you get about 20% amber, 60% cloudy, 20%clear for that "up" energetic, social high. I prefer 75% Amber 25% cloudy, total couch lock, im talkin sittin on the couch eatin cheetos and watchin cartoons, HIGH! wether your plants are indica(Couch Lock) or sativa(Head High) will also play a role in the buzz type. Agood Hybrid will give you a happy medium

i've never looked at the trichs under a scope before, just usually decided it was done and then pulled. this whole magnified trich thing is a new learning experience for sure. thanks for the feedback. any and all other comments/opinions are appreciated.

4th or 5th time cropping you'll know when its ready without that scope. i prefer to wait until the leafs on the colas curl upward and turn amber(trichs) on the edges
