I have a really small cabinet 100cm x 50cm, with not well air sealed.
intake : a 9cm x 9cm pc fan, that is off, during the night
heater : small ceramic heater, two power options 175 watt ( only one used ) , and 250w
temperature controller : inkbird, with thermometer inside the cab, heater plugged to it,
setting: when temperature reach 20.2 / 68,36, the heater goes on until temp goes to 21 / 69,8 then turn off

the heater goes on only when the lights are off, and works for around 50 seconds, then turn off for 4 minutes, and then on again.

Temperature peak is at 21,8 /71,24 even if the heater stop at 21 / 69,8

How efficent is this ? And what about night temps is my range ok ?

I do like PSUAGRO and run lights at the coldest part of the day. I dont want to do all the math but it doesnt look like its helping you much in heating. You might save the electricity and win all the way around.
