Either a small or a big problem

I already posted these pictures in my grow journal earlier, but I feel that I'll get quicker and maybe more responses here.
The first picture sums up my concerns really; the wilting and curling.


I'll give as much info as possible.
13 days now, almost 14.
soil pH is 6.9
water pH is 6.4-6.6 usually
70 degree range, never above or below
6500k 23 watt CFL bulbs, 1-2 inches away (4 of them, can't tell from pics in here)
somewhat encased in a car windshield light reflector
no nutes yet except what is in the Miracle-Gro soil and a tiny pinch of molasses on day ... not in the last three days I know lol

Soil Ph is a little high i think

yes soil ph should be at 6.1-6.2

there good they are just moving towards the light

Yeah, a lot of people on here have said 6.9 and 7 are "meh" and at the time I had no choice, but any recommendations to lower soil pH, or am I gonna have to just buy some already fixed?
