Told the power company I had 4 6000 watt machines running 24/7. They were happy to install as much power as I needed. My neighbors power bill is twice as much as mine. And I know a couple people who have warehouses for legit businesses that have higher bills too.

A lot of power companies bill much more for peak hours and or total consumption of electricity , tiered billing.
This is one reason I run my days at night. Pay your bill and more than likely power consumed nor when it's consumed will matter.

You may get the obligatory " you use 400 percent more than the average household " but this is just something someone makes them do to help you be more efficient its not like a warning , so fuck them.

Yeah I'll tell them I'm running some machines. And do the flip flop. So it won't matter what time I run it now, cause its 24/7. But it was still good to know about the price consumption @dbkick and safest time to run @MrMeanGreen. Good things to know for future reference.

I pull around 600$ electric every month. Not sure if it matters but i flower from 8pm to 8am. I have seen the electric company workers check my meter every other week/month at 9/9:30 am. Not sure what they would think if they seen no cars in my garage but my meter is spinning like a motherfucker.

A smart meter has no idea what kind of equipment you use. Lol. Who comes up with this shit. It records the power you use and when you use it. I personally asked the dude who installed it.

Being an electrician I heard a rule one time of 1000 watts per bedroom. Seems legit, my pcs power supply is 1000 watts, kids pc plus xboxs etc. Having a few things connected to the internet wont hurt either. Main thing just pay your bill and be humble. GL

They can detect wave form modification. Ballasts, motors, etc. all have identifiable wave form modificationsignatures. So you really trust the dude who installed it. Why do you think a judge ordered a power company to remove smart meters from any customer who requested it?

hate to say but it definately cannot detect that sort of thing. Sure each device creates its own harmonics ect but not sure where you came up with that but it doesnt work that way. Just pay your bills on time and keep everything on the dl and youll be fine. what buddy said about 1000w per bedroom would be ideal. But they arent in the rat business they are in the selling power business. they dont give a shit about what your using the power for as long as you dont steal it and you pay your bill in full everytime they are happy to give you as much as you need.

I'd also point that while they make more money. Informing the police they would loose money. A lot of companies make money by renting electricity. So the more you use the more they make.
