electric ?

So anyone have any hints on how to avoid electric problems I.E. Bills, Friends, etc ?
What kind of lights work without notice ?
I was going to use MH's 400 watts but still that is 400 watts that i have not used before. And I need like 5 of these and that is where the problem lies. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I was thinking about sun light during the day and then continue the lights at night just to save money, but that would be such a hassle.
I heard about mini fluorescents and saw them on ebay, but I heard they dont yield nothing.
I want to yield 2 oz's if not more of off each plant, is that realistic ?

600 watters are the most efficient in terms of lumens per watts. A couple ounces for each plant is easily done.

How about a light mover, using 3 X 600watts with digital ballasts? 3 X 600watts and 3 ballasts are cheaper to run than 5 X 400 watts and 5 ballasts

even at 600x3 thats 1800 watts at 16 hours, How do i avoid problems with electric company ? Any hints because i hear this is a current problem and a tipoff

Unless you use 400 watts, but you wont have as dence buds as with the 600watts. If i were you i wouldnt worry about that much electricity, i have 3 plasmas in my house that put out as much electricity and nobody comes to my door saying i'm using too much power.
