wat up, jus thought i'd drop by w/ sum more pics. Was gonna harvest this week, but it looks like I'm going to have to wait another week. Starting to notice more trichs changing colors on me and the hairs as well. Keif was right about the early girl, but I also didnt have the patience to wait for it to dry. I've also got a microscopic pest prob. as well, just noticed the other day. They're working pretty quick on my leaves. Hope it's not spider mites, never dealt w/ those b4. But I figure I'm so close to harvest anyway, that they shouldn't be that much of an issue. Anyway's enjoy the pics.

Kewl, exactly what I am going to do. I snipped a branch the other day & gave it to my homie to dry n shit. Hopefully gonna try it in a couple days.
What did your trichs look like when you chopped?

Were you looking for Amber trichs, or the plant just didn't produce any? I ask becuz my plant has very little to no Amber trichs and I'm almost 9 weeks in. I want Amber not cloudy/clear.

I pulled her before they went amber. I would not want any amber on a strain that the high is described as follows ~> Emerald Jack produces an uplifting, energetic high, stimulating creative and euphoric thoughts. Amber will take some of that away.

This I know, but I am more of a couch-lock/stoney high person. Something to really unwind w/ at the end of the day. I dnt care so much for the euphoric/energetic stimulation high.

She is hanging and into the 4th day of drying. I will post up later today. Have you tried The Church ?

I haven't had the oppurtunity to try The Church yet. Have heard it's an easy strain to take care of and turns purple w/ cold temps. But know nothing of the high it produces.

The Church is an easy grow, just keep the bottom 3rd trimmed off and the rest will grow FAT Frosted Buds~ High comes on cerebral then goes into a sweet body stone. Great for nausea and back pain

Is that from seed? If so, is it GreenHouse?
And, is the color from cold temps or strain?

I was gonna get Lost Coast my next go, but I think I see The Church in my near future.

The Church ( bought seeds,yes) is from GreenHouse and i think there a great company ! Colder temps colored her up.
Tell u what, i have no pics of that Emerald Jack, it sold faster than anything. It was a 2 hitter and put the pipe down around the table. i think its a crazy potent strain and so much flavor. I do have a jar sit aside for curing lol.

Hoping that's what you were going to say. Looks like thats my next purchase.
I haven't chopped mine down yet. Today is Day 65. My early stuff was shitty. I mean I got stoned, but it was nothing like what you and Kief describe. Def. no taste, no smell, and the stone was buzzy, then settled behind the eyes and *poof*, gone. Looks can be very deceiving....in my case anyway.

If you really want to bring out some flavors, raise your lights the last 1-2 weeks. I raise my 600s 24" above canopy and now i am tasting flavors i never had, like cinnamon and wood ash/woodzyflavors.
