I totally forgot to check on my clones roots and some are getting long to the point they get near my water pump so I need to grab some soil today from home depot, I normally would order some fox farms but I don't have time is there any suitable soil at home depot?

I'm pretty sure you could just trim then ends of the roots so they don't reach your pump. But I was looking at soils the other day at HD and didn't really see anything that caught my eye. You could always get a receipt off of here and mix your own. Just a suggestion.... P.s. I just switched over from promix to ff and I'M LOVIN THE FF

i actually saw someone on another site post a link for home depot, and they carried promix, but of course when i checked my local hd but putting in my zip, none of the ones around me carry it..
but i'm sure that you can find something decent there.. just read the package, and make sure that there are no time released nutes or anything like that.. i actually picked up some soil there before called jiffy mix i do believe.. it was only a small bag and it was near the jiffy pellets in the store.. its used for seedlings and clones, and i liked it a lot.. was pretty nice, and i didn't have any issues with it..
but yah, just look for some thing that contains no added nutes to it, maybe look for something that may say organic on it.. i think that the jiffy mix says organic on it if i remember right..

MG Organic will do you fine... Its not like its going to kill the plants. There's just better soils out there

Home Depot? Kellogg's Patio Plus, organic and has good ingredients in the mix. 5 bucks a 1.5 cu. foot bag.

yah, miracle grow makes an organic product as well.. i've never used it, but i don't see how it could be all that awful, and to be honest, i think that miracle grow gets an a bad rap that isn't really all its own fault... it seems to me that a lot of newbies use mg soil, and when they have problems, they tend to blame it on the soil and not something that they may have done instead...
and let me say that it is not ironic that i am on a gardening forum for where i live, if you're picking up what i'm putting down..
