ends turning to mush

ive been doing some clones in a aero cloner its been 3 wk only a 3rd have come through, some of the roots are brown and slimey plus the ones that havent the ends are same slimey like mush

can some 1 help please

have you any idea whats causing it ??

my ph is fine checked frequently nutes 0.4 water temp 68f, but they was dipped in clonex.
so i emptied res cleaned it out with h202 3% re-filled and added h202 40ml to 40ltrs at 3% guna run that through till tomorrow with no nutes will this help
