Environment affecting the sex of my plants?

I had six plants and now I'm down to one.

They were all male and I'm suspecting that my last one is also a female.

I've been researching about hermaphrodites and how the plant's environment affects the sex of the plant. A female turning into a hermaphrodite? Is this true?

TYPO- I'm suspecting my last plant to be male.

You got some bad luck on the plants i guess, and i think that the Environment doesn't effect if it will be a male or a female.. you got 50/50%.

ya the environment has no effect.and a hermie will have female flowers with a few nanners poppin up here and there.sounds like you got straight up males.try getting some clones next time

It takes a great deal of stress to turn a true female into a hermie otherwise it's in the genetics. Sounds like you had bad luck.
