I like the Doctor's reply.
I use neem oil as a proactive pest control regimen. keep'em away; don't treat them, is my motto. be very clean, too.
thanks, Doc. gonna pick some of that up. nice to have a reliable nuke around.

That can be a nasty chem. It effects bee's, birds and fish badly.
If you need to control mites and choose a chem.
Go with Forbid 4F from Bayer.
Look at Ebay for smaller amounts, as this is pricy for the 8oz bottle.

There are others too.
Mites do NOT become tolerant to Forbid!
I must admit, I use that 3-in-1 around the farm. I'm cautious with its use. nasty residues...........

Yeah Don....The bottle says right on it to not let residue get into "drains, sewers, streams or ponds".
Yeah, right.....you spray it on....it rains,,,,,where does the residue go?

You want to get rid of Powdery Mildew. You use Horse Tail (grass) tea.....Boom done!
Mites and "leaf" feeders.....Forbid ..... Boom done!
Ground egg layers.(Fungus gnats).....BT in either form......Boom done!

Now the real problem is ROOT APHIDS.....Pray you don't get them! It's full out war!!!!
