I have a bale of pro mix all purpose growing mix and about 4lbs of the espoma plant tone. I'm wondering what that mix should be and is there anything else I should add?

I wouldn't use that.......but perlite and dolomitic lime is absolutely necessary. Find a good, all purpose complete fertilizer like Botanicare which is much better than the Espoma. That is much better for outside gardens and not ideal for pot growing.

I guess what I'm saying is you won't have the same success inside as you've had outside with it. Buy a complete fertilizer or you'll be lacking some nutes- the soil outside supplies some of the nutes to outside plants but indoors, if you are using pro mix- the nute charge lasts 2 weeks and then you are relying just on the Espoma. It's ok as a supplement, just not as your main fertilizer.

I used the promix with added lime, bone and blood meal and just watered the plants. Worked ok. I checked the Plant Tone and it seems ok.

EWC is good to add as well.

You just have to know how each additive effects your pH and make sure you have enough balance in the final mix to make sure you don't have wild pH swings. Also, many of the Espoma ingredients have different break down rates so some things are readily available and other things take a month or so to degrade into something absorbable by the roots. I add 3 3/4 cups additional lime to each bale to keep the pH up high enough.

Thanks. I'm about a month or so out from flowering so I will add all the goodies let it set and marinate while my new moms are developing then transplant and go from there. Thanks for the tips.
