Ethnobotanical's: The Wave of the Future!

Nature is a miraculous thing to behold. As humans, we try to recreate nature in the best way we know how. Going against nature seems to have detrimental consequences and adhering to the Fibonacci Sequence of things brings about favorable outcomes. During the Industrial Age we tried to adapt a standard to try to produce heaps of resources with relatively cheap standards; however, it was not in the best interest of mankind. Now, everything is tailored for the universe as a means to protect it. Whether it comes to saving plastic by mandating people to bring bags from home to bag there groceries or prepping food dishes accommodating a healthier lifestyle. We find the most pleasure in restoring natural resources!

Ethnobotanical's has a strong lineage of human use throughout the years. Most sacred plants are located in South America and large areas in the Mexico Mountains. The indigenous found ultimate refuge in ailing pain, releasing bad spirits, and restoring faith. They're many plants with tremendous health benefits, but modern civilization with all penal codes regulated within the confines of the FDA's scope, is almost unbearable to watch.

From the Peyote cactus, to the spiritual realm of the teonanacatl, down to the brown shaded seeds of Rivea Corymbosa. There lies every possible entheogenic experience known to man. Psycho-activity rules the planet. Plants thrive off dopamine, tryptamine, and phenethylamine derivatives. As a plant is an essential part of a life-form too!

What other mind mimicking replicates will we find in nature next?

Botanical Conquer Quest is activated. :D

Two new plant compounds that seem to show tremendous promise.
 • Kratom
 • Kava Kava
They might not be enrolled officially in the hallucinatory department. But there effects are nothing to shy from! ;)

Can you be my mentor?

You seem to have the plant system down to a science. My area of expertise is in the synthetic department. But its becoming harder in believing in a system that is potentially crooked for self advocating profit!

This thread is to stimulate the great possibility that plants have as much potential as synthesized drugs.

This log has just begun. I'm glad to have spiked your interest. Don't be a stranger and join in on conquering the botanical quest. What plants in the past seem to carry a viable option for medicinal or therapeutic use?

Glad to have you back Rawbudzsk! :D

nature is my mentor and im the student :D

and i just love learning about the naturals twas always my thang

synth no lie are great too

ethno's just have a special place in my heart

and as for the kratom extract the reason most cant get a stable extract is that they dont run the product long enough

just like cannabutter a long slow bath will provide the best tea and the tea is all the work of a extract just stick it in a dehydrator at 120

120 is the temp i slow cook the material at and its the temp i dehydrate at

A cannabis seed might be banned in many states. But many other plant seeds are left unscheduled. California is a planter's paradise. You are the creator of your own psychedelic well-being! :D

Don't shoot the messenger, ndanger! Yes, the pharma companies are set up to corner a market, but the science is still pretty kickass, at least to this former insider. One of the most powerful visionaries I've ever had the privilege to take is ketamine, a mercilessly synthetic molecule without known natural analogs in either structure or function.

Yes, nature is awesome ... indoles ... phenethylamines ... diterpenes, oh my! ... yerba de la Pastora ... various other entheos. But since I consider human science to be an extension of Nature and not an assault upon EarthSpirit ... I invite you to not toss out the pharmacological baby with the moneypolitical bathwater. Jmo. cn

I don't mean to harp on the pharmaceutical companies or misappropriate the effects found in semi-synthetic compounds. I want to reiterate the emphasis on natural products to display that the earth in itself is psychedelic in nature. The FDA bans nearly all psychotropic drugs without good probable cause, besides saying they have addictive potential. If you read in between the lines I said my area of expertise was centered on synthetic drugs. I'm all for drugs for the sound use of superseding man's pursuit of survival! :D

If it takes a decade, let it be. ;)

Projects are not instantaneous. It'll be that much sweeter sinking your sweet tooth into some psychedelic humble pie. :D

Indeed. Mescaline is known for clarity and virtue. Many other hallucinogens diminish reality. Mescaline sharpens it. Its the main reason why Aldous Huxley endorsed his findings in his well acclaimed book "Doors of Perception," where he states, "thinking straight is not reduced while under the influence of mescaline, visual impressions are intensified, and the human experimenter will see no reason for action because the experience is so fascinating." It is God material in many ways! :D

Perplexing isn't it! :D

On another note, Salvia is the most powerful and active compound found in nature. It rivals LSD for intensity. I'm sure nature can replicate the effects of ketamine somehow.

To the other side I go, Unnk! ;)
