The limit in CA was not put in until after we voted. A recent case threw out the limits and found them to be not founded in law since they were not voted on. Each county has set their own arbitrary limits. THe county that Im in (Orance Co, CA) is 6 mature plants OR 12 immature plants. You can also posses 8 oz of dried flowers. You can have MJ but it is illegal to sell. Thats whaat I understand.
Where I live in NorCal we can have 8oz. in car in glove box or trunk. At home you can have 3lbs. dried and not a stem or seed over!! If your a vender you can have more. If any one is looking for a compassionate dispencery and your in the Haywad area go to We Are Hemp.. Great people and GREAT prices!!!! Need med. card and valid Ca i.d..:joint:

Up here in Montana, growers don't need to register the location of their grow(s). Kinda nice. Is it required elsewhere?

Not if he doesn't touch, tend, water, process,or smoke any! I found this out when they visited. They had the damn D.A. for the county of Riverside on the phone with them. Since my buddy is a proved long time established freind they took a written O.K. from me since it's me and only me growing on the premises. If it's more than one med patient posted on the fence then he would've needed caregiver status. His action of providing me space was noted as free and legal. A true compassionate gesture!:peace:

Hey TonyB, What are our medical laws here in Riverside County???

sucks to hear that scumbags are dealing medicine people need and pocketing the profit. if that wasn't happening, perhaps TonyBalogna could afford to buy his own meds rather than grow.

it's a plant that starts from seeds...its like me being angry at you for not sharing your carrots with me because i think i need them more lmao.

yeah no more plant limits for cali! Gotta love that. I didnt ever see why some people were allowed to grow more because of their county. There is really no way to run a legit garden (indoors anyway) with only 6 flowering OR 12 immature plants. It would be hard becuase you would have to harvest then start them all over from seed again whereas most people harvest then have more plants that are ready to go into flower right after that so the flow keeps going.

- santa cruz co. has a 100sq. foot canopy rule. and I think mendo is limited to 40 acres!
I hear mendo you have to pay 15$ for every extra plant you have after 20 or 25 or something like that. There are little tags you can buy from the head shops without putting your name down or anything. People were growing too much and destroying animal habitats and drying up lakes.
