Whatever. Let's all meet up at Kaya.
Whatever indeed. The only time I ever used a dispensary/club was the first year the bill was passed. Since my first crop haven't stepped foot in one since. To shady in Michigan...I know some people don't have that option and it sucks that people had to ruin it for the ones who really need it. Anywho...blaze on. :blsmoke:

dispensaries are a topic that's controversial, that's nothing new.

criminals deceiving and stealing from CG's are in another category unto themselves.
people like that keep scamming, seen it.
Fxk Kaya and it's owner.

Agreed...obviously this guy wasn't legit. But how legit is the guy selling 40 oz's. I mean...it's 40 oz's.

i try not to quibble over precise weights, that's their concern. a blatant thief in our community attempting to openly conduct any form if business, that overshadows all of it. was this the place in Jtown that decided to open up next to a childrens daycare?

I guess that's one way to look at it. My thoughts are that almost everyone that opened a dispensary in Jackson were in it for the money. Not to help people that needed it. And I'm not sure about the daycare situation. If so how were they even able to open up shop...thought zoning ordinances prevented that.

Commercial growers are the best protection for you man. Cops are always going to kick doors regardless.
Even people in norcal complain about cartel grows but in reality they are the best protection. I want to hear
the cops say " He only had 500, it's all right."

Anything grown in the U.S. will always be cool with me. Just stop
sending rubber bands to other countries. I got love for MX and CAN. but, not that much.

Over the past few days the feds raided a few more shops in L.A.,
and raided a few in Santa Ana. Also sent out letters to all known shops
in Santa Ana (63) were told they have 14 days
to shut down also the feds wiped out every shop between L.A
and Oakland. The feds are on a tear out here and stepping it up more
then ever lately in Cali.

If people are going to frig off (trailer park boys) and ruin it for the people that NEED it...I'm not okay with it. Period. Yeah...commercial growers will get busted first...but it's the commercial growers that call themselves CG's that takes it to a whole new level.

Kaya opened next to a day care. It was Co-owned. The "other" owner, stole from me...However, not everyone in Jacktown was for the hustle.

the farmers market on pearl was impressive, I went in once this winter. there was a gas fireplace, a remodeled sheik bathroom and they offered me hot soup as I walked thru the door. seems as tho that place has an equal regard for patients and caregivers w the farmers co-op style. meds were more affordable than I'd imagined. discovering it was not a typical retail setting was a pleasant surprise.

Never made it to the farmers market. Shortly after I received my card I moved to Traverse...which the closest club at the time was Mt. Pleasant.

Hey abe did you happen to see the guy with the giant jar of regs claiming it to be acupolco gold or something?

bricktastic
When I moved back down towards the Hillsdale area from Traverse...you wouldn't hear anything about regs or mids anymore. Everyone had "medical"...until I started telling people that it wasn't even close to what they were putting it off as.

the dispensary/provision center bill is dead.....

i went clubbing this past weekend and got to speak to some owners....
i hit 4spots in the D-(godzilla)

(what a bunch of garbage i wouldnt even give $ for a gram!!)

i got it on good sources that they killed the dispensary bill...
..too many ammendments the dispensary supporters didnt like....
--its dead i heard from more than 2people-lol ( hate me)

--as far as im concerned good!
they can start over from scratch-

so now the clubs have all summer to operate in the grey area .......
and try and fuck up the law more for their benefit-

kind of a blurred outlook for the mmj comunity this summer.....

mayb they will include patients rights to share this time ....?

but i doubt it since it is now codified illegal to share w or without renumeration
(how are all these new 'FM' coming into things?)

i will be curious to see what the next effort will be or how they will rework it to their benefit....
especially since alot are still blowing it up warehouse stylee.
..in the D-and elsewhere

mayb we will actually have a little breathing room for the summer......
there are still so many operating they will have their hands full....

boy were the couple places i visited pissed when they realized i wasnt there to buy any of their high priced bullshit-
just checkin out clubs....
they got really offended when they saw my cg card

when the owners:shock:looked at the budtender they just silently shook their head like..."no he isnt buying ANYTHING"
they didnt realize i saw that....lololol

talk about the evil eye-

i felt like a black man @ a KKK rally....

boy are the clubs around mich a fucking joke!!!

they are for patients...!!........ha!
they are for $$$$:peace:

oh and their idea of FM is starting to be all over...i hit up2
..'M' lounge--?? ........pffffffft!
pure crap!

they have nice little signs copied from high times and shit on the jars w pictures.....
until you look in the jar and realize its not even close to the label.....hahahahaha
