Everyonedoesit customer service is horrible

Trevor If I say sometrhing is happening, please understand I mean it is done. I dont promise one thing and then do another.

If the despatch email hasnt got to you let me know and I will chase it up but this thing has been sent.

If you prove that we have had your money I am telling you now on a public forum I will give you your roor diffuser for FREE. Out of my own pocket.

I stand by everything else I have said.

Can this be an end to this matter now?

You told me you were going to go over this with the accounts department again. I already proved to you my bank never took any of your money. You told me yesterday not to bother my bank anymore because you would get back with me.

Should I call my bank again now? I am POSITIVE you have had my money. If you deny it again, I am going to do all in my power to get to the bottom of this with my bank. I am going to show them this letter you sent me. I will also send you my bank account statements if you still try to deny this. Your accounts department clearly isn't trying hard enough (I can see why they wouldn't wanna try because you would be giving me a free diffuser).

Now are you going to get to the bottom of this with your accounts department or do I need to call my bank again? Finally, I never got any sort of dispatch email about my bowl. Also, I don't see what's so great about your company taking the loss of a bowl you sent to me SHATTERED. Any legit company should do that, you can't just take my money after sending me a SHATTERED bowl.

Or you can simply let me make a credit card order so I can order the diffuser and carbon filters myself.

My main concern with wanting to use this site again is ALL my bong parts are from it and I don't know where else to replace it if something happens. I have a Roor Icemaster, Roor 5 mm green ashcatcher, Roor rasta bowl, have bought 2 roor diffusers, and a Roor carbon filter. I don't know where to get any of this in the USA other than this web site. The quality of Everyonedoesit's products has made up for all their business, being unorganized, customer service, out of stock and communication problems. I really want to work this out, which is why I am going out of my way to prove that you have my money.
 
I just spoke with a claims specialist at my bank for an hour again and they are POSITIVE everyonedoesit got their money. I am going to prove this to James. Right now I have to wait for their research team to investigate this for the next 3-4 days. I'm also faxing them a letter James sent me. I am really going out of my way to prove to Everyonedoesit and James that I gave them the money they are wrongfully accusing me of taking. I will not accept being called a thief and I expect my free Roor diffuser joint size 18.8 size 13 cm. after I prove this beyond doubt.

I thought you said if you say something is happening, you mean it's done? You don't promise one thing and then do another? You sure about that? It looks like you are not shipping my bowl after all..... so you DID promise one thing and then do another.

I'm still talking to my bank about this everyday. I am getting documentation that proves everyonedoesit had the money returned to them. I will email you it tomorrow or Monday. I really hope you weren't falsely promising about the diffuser when I'm right about all this as well.

there was a "hack" on RUI and a lot of posts on RUI disappeared - posts between around the end of feb to march something. It wasn't just yours.

EODIT as a seedbank is still wack. I just got my nirvana blue mystics in (took about a month...), and (of course, just like last time) they didnt send me any of the advertised freebies. Sent them an email, I get back a response asking for a picture of the paper invoice :clap: ; I ordered online... They said they'll send me the freebies, but ive heard that before. I just told them do whatever it is that they're going to do, I really don't care. Free shipping on orders is cool, but its not worth an extra 2 weeks of my time

im having a problem with them with an order from a few days ago saying what i got was out of stock so i asked if i could swap and maybe get a discount for the trouble cause it was a gift and they said yea let us know what you want so i said a few others that would work and those were out of stock they said so i sent a coulple more options and havnt heard back the money was taken out of my account and i didnt get a tracking code or anything so i emailed them and its been 3 days since so i dont really know what to do i live on the west coast so i tried to stay up and call them on there time zone and it never goes thru i have had good service before but this is just rediculace.

Everyonedoesit are FAR from perfect and they really need to sort it out before thier online reviews cross the point of no return. Here is my story i have used them for years and ordered £100 quid worth of stuff in this last two weeks. But i have had nothing but problems with my entire order recently and i feel they are needlessly causing me grief. The Roor 100 i bought has a very minor red/orange stain on the bottom of the glass that shows up in the light and it is not coming off with the cleaner by RooR i bought from them. I only noticed after cleaning it for the cabinet after a week of sitting unused. I know 100% that stain never came from my end because i kept it in the white fridge. Then we have the Roor stash jar that jammed and broke in my hand while attempting to use it for the first time. A quality item i must say!


But its my last order that has made me get mad at them. The bubbler and 14.5 gauge i ordered as a package combo for a friend were never even checked by what should be a headsite with staff that knows thier stuff and delivery costs. There is a cheap welded glass joint on the bubbler and it blocks the gauze entry point and they would not even bother to email me or tell me the bubbler was in such bad quality. So now i am pissed as it is going to cost me £10 to re ship faulty goods to them when all they had to do was take one second to look at it.


After my first polite email asking them about exchanging the bubbler my ticket got closed without a reply which actually made me angry and seek revenge. I am now 48 hours and into my fourth message where i have threatened them with chargeback if they do not reply to the ticket. Note that on thier website they "guarantee" a reply within 24 hours and claim you need pre-authorization to return items within 7 days. I feel they are trying to stall on me and do not want to admit thier mistake or let me return my item in time because still no one will reply to Ticket no #98053.



And the best bit is i was going to order a lil sista and ashcatcher shortly at £200. Why would i when stall tactics are used on a very limited return date? If they had of just answered my ticket and held thier hands up we could of came to an agreement where we both win as i offered to pay return postage for a full refund. But instead it looks like they are going to annoy me to the point where i walk away and chargeback. It is not theft to use chargeback, It is the result of a customer feeling they deserve more from a very shabby retailer. Just look at the reviews on google and trustpilot James.

They claim ALL thier roor is still german right? My roor looks fine except there is no boxes. Just the stamp made in germany on the bottom. This is why i use them as the only UK site i can get authentic roor.


I would find it hard to believe they used fake roor. Or am i mis understanding your post? thier RooR is supposed to be the superior German, Not the USA or Chinese glass and is Schott Duran borosciliate glass.

Believe me, most of the world the products are made in China, they replace the name in Chinese secret sales only, class manufacturing in Germany is printed on, it is no secret.

Yea i know the roor.de site seems bugged i cannot find them listed as a reseller. Maybe i should just use the german roor shop and pay in euro and see if i get levied with customs? The markings on the roor site and everyonedoes it do look different for what is meant to be the same item, Ashcatcher 3.2mm red.


EDI has plain white marking, Roor shop is colored and the same price roughly. And why do EDI not ship with a roor box?

Props to them because a day ago i got a full refund! The tickets were slow but if people are reading this just relax and ask to speak to someone higher up like a manager. I reckon i will get my ashcatcher there now if it is in stock of course! :P
