you're probably giving it too much fert. your fert should be more balanced than 5-1-1. dark green leaves means too much nitrogen.

I was afraid to flush it because I've watered it too much. Which is worse...nitrogen toxicity or flooded soil in your opinion?

Everyone assumes hydro is harder. I find it easier. Everyone assumes noobies can't learn hydro, I did, and I'm a dumme. I think it started with fear (etc..). Fear of money, fear of failing... hydro is not that hard.

It was just an idea, that would work. Not retarded.

Actually I've built my own fogponics machine before. This time around I'm too poor to get the right nutrients. I just double potted it into wet soil and gave it some Superthrive, I don't think it looks too bad. This is 5 weeks in from seed. I'm just going to leave it alone for a few days. It doesn't have to be perfect, this will be my source of clones for a set of mothers.

Why do you guys think I'm getting so many bud sites with a 24hr light cycle? Some pistils are even turning orange. Maybe it's an AutoFem. Found this seed in a baggie.

That is not nitrogen toxicity.
With a N toxicity leaves are much darker, and growth at bottoms would be darker, not deficient like in the pics. The leaves would be tacoing down, not drooping down , there is a difference...and would have a sharper clawing at the tips.
It looks like an overwatering issue or a micro nutrient deficiency. .
Best of luck.
Peace
