excessive yellowing of leaves while cloning

hello everyone, I have been having some problems with cloning into 1.5" rockwool cubes some batches come out well and others look good for 7-10 day and then start to yellow and sometimes yellow excessively, the yellowing is coming from the larger leaves and is mostly starting from the outside edges and working their way in and sometimes the leaves start to take on an almost clear appearance, there is also some speckling of rust colored spots. any suggestions, I am normally an aero cloner and have that tecnique down, but rockwool seems to be a bit more sensitive.

i have the same thing happen and sometimes it molds if left unchecked, i cut the leaves if its yellowing badly, once theyre yellow they dont do anything but cause mold and not help the babies

i dont have much experience with cloning but if they have some roots down its most likely nitro deff , give them a small feed

Your clones are using up nitrogen in order to make roots. They have to get the raw resources from somewhere.
