Best way to exhaust your grow room is outside so your plants never see the same air twice... plus plants emit shit like asprine when there stressed they emit chemicals to attrack other bugs to kill the bugs that are harming them... even tomato plants leaves and stems are posinous not the tomato, mistle toe berry will kill you, theres a hybrid grass that farmers feed there cows with in texas and the grass starting emiting cyionide killing 15 of the 18 cows feds are involved to find out why search mutated grass cyionide cows texas read it... remember the movie "The Happening" lol bottom line i used to exhuast my grow into my bedroom ot would fuck with my mood and sleep... one time one my plants gave ne a rash on my arm for moving it lol.. mother natures a mutha fucka

Laugh laugh lol but look it up Plants emit asprin all the time when there stressed they make there own medicine, i sleep good now took me a long time to realize why. But if you got alot of healthy big plants youll eventually feel it and "AromaTherapy is getting big its been around for thousands of yrs and it works on your hippocampus

the aprin in the ecosystem is a methyl salicylate it is not asprin which humans can use without removing the methyl group in our liver plus at 0.025 milligrams of methyl salicylate rising from each square foot of forest per hour it would take forever and be impossible to get a therapeutic dose so none of this is aromatherapy. It is just another discovery about how amazing plants are and how little we understand nature. As far as ventillation and the [plants immune response I doubt it would make much difference but would like to see more studies.
Thanks

Marijuana plants are extremly aramatic, and i dont think the carbon filter stops everything. Asprin might not even be the problem some people get really naughes harvesting, but something in the smell or chemicals or whatever will definatly change your mood and sleep. Alot will disagree with me but some will agree just pay close attention to your body

I agree that it is an aromatic plant and that aromas do affect your mood. My point was that methyl salicylate is not aromatheraputic in the fact that it will act like asprin. Scientists know that smells have a profound effect on the brain and aromatherapy is getting some attention. The problem is that most people that heal with aromatherapy make it out to be a curative for many illnesses I do not believe it can treat.

Again thank you for keeping a good tone and being so open to discussion and for bringing this to my attention it is incredible.

Im not sayen i never got into some good moods in my home i have theres alot of positive to it, but ive had some negative too, your really not supposed to be breathen that shit in 24/7 365, or as long as your at home lol.. i just prefer smoken a joint to kick back, its all around better for you to always be giving your plants constant new air anyways... but it is crazy the whole aromatherapy..

Don't exhaust outside!
The po-po look for external heat signatures!
How about feeding the plant asprin? My buddy believes it improves the plants immune system. True? Dosage?
