Hey there,
Hope you guys can help. Im growing in FF ocean with 20% perlite. I use Sensi A&B at 850 ppm. I water about every other day and am just over 3 weeks into 12/12...
These things look like shit to me. The curling is obvious but the pics don't show that many of the fan leaves have dried up and fallen off. What am I doing wrong here guys?? :peace:

That's called nute lock out, most likely from being over watered and over feed.
whens the last time you flushed your plant?
do you feed your plant with every watering?
whats your runoff ph?
But from looking at the leaf.
1 flush your plant well with 5.5 ph water. this will remove salt build up
2 dont water your plant untell you can stick your finger into the soil and you dont feel mosture at least 20 sec or so.
3 cut down the volume of water that your giveing your plant
4 dont feed every watering give it a break, they need time to rest and use the nutes that it got from the last feeding.
feed your plants during lite hours first thing when the lites go on i think is best.
make shure that you have a fan running all the time. this will help to dry the soil a bit. and i also like to cover the soil with hydroton rock then the roots can use that soil ( your main stem will get thick )
just give it some time dont force it.
peace

Thanks man... I have never flushed my plants. I only feed every third watering and my runoff is around 6.2 give or take.

I wonder if I have to much airflow. I have an oscilating fan and two 450 cfm squirrel cage fans, one for intake and one for exaust. Plants are in a 3x5x8 closet. Another stationary fan just above the canopy to cool the 600 hps as I don't have a sealed hood. what do you think?

wow thats alot of ventalation,
ventalaktion is a good thing but you have to remember, The plant gets its co2 supply from venting freash air from out side the grow envorionment. the oscalating fan keeps a good pillow of air and gases etc. around the leaf for the plant to use.
I guess the main thing would be your temps and humdity, do you need that much to cool the room. or did you want to tim the tool man tayler it.
If you need that much to cool the room, Id find a good timer and run those fans at differnt times and for like a min or two at a time like every 15 min.
that should keep a steady temp and help retain hymidity levals.
I have that same problem and this semms to help along with a cool mist humidafer .
but your main problem is that your over watering, and possibly a minor ph problem. but id wait on the ph thing wait untell the watering issue is corrected.
and that you needed to flush your plants. its also a good idea to check you run off before and after you flush you might have to flush again.

I think for one that you are 100 % watering too much, plants don't need watering every 2 days they want a watering were the plant is wet through then let dry then re water a max of 2 times a week at most.plant's will show the signs that yours are by drooping over when under watered and over watered.start watering less and the plants will improve get them on a full regiment of nutrients,if the water you are makeing is in a big drum then make sure that the drum is well airrated if you don't have a pump to do this then only water when you have made a fresh batch up this way you know that the nutrients are set to the right ph and all the nutrients have not been standing around for weeks.it is not much harder too make a batch up when your plants need it.

Maybe they need a transplant, how big are your pots?

That almost looks like the beginning of a zinc deficiency...and possibly magnesium too. Flush with 2x the amount of water to container ratio. Stop watering so much or transplant them into bigger pots if thats needed. Bump the nutes down to 600ppm and add cal-mag to your mixture. That should take care of the discoloring. Make sure you ph your mixture to 5.8 hydro or 6.5 soil. If all goes well, you can slowly bump your nutes up each week.
