Experienced Worm Farm People. Help

hey just wondering if anyones in the know. I just ordered a worm farm from nursery down the road. All i know is you put food scraps inside with worms and juice slowly drips out the bottom. And hve to dilute it with water. if anyone has experienced with these please let me know. some tips. what sort of scraps can i use? Ay good to use on flowering plants? can i over feed? thanks
