Hello
To resume my problem , everything ‘s growing other than my weed plants.

I’ve done several growing through the last years and everything went ok. This year am having a real headache about what’s happening to my growth.
As you can see in the pictures below, these plants were started from seed at the same time, you can see that the flower plant has reach maturity in size and height whereas the weed plant remains small and low. This is my third attempt this year and am still getting the same results , everything grows apart my weed plants.

All seems ok with my seeds, the germinate well and it’s only after they sprout from the vermerculite that they stop growing. I’ve done every test possible ,change water , food, light intensity , medium ventilation but still the same difference in the growths.
Below are the pics of my lastest growth and you can see the difference is clearly obvious.

Did someone ever got this problem or anyone can help me. Am really lost with this issue. Any help is most welcome. THANKS

You have given good images so #1 is done.

Here's what you need to post to get quality help on your grow.
(1) Give images under metal halide or incandescent (no hps).
(2) Give complete synopsis in one post telling us all the details.
(a) substrate
(b) nutrients
(c) additives
(d) age
(e) strain
(f) environment (specifics on temperature swings, images of habitat, ducting, humdity, etc...)
(g) miscellaneous
Now you will have a chance of getting meaningful support because most people here would like to help you. Unfortunately without this info all we are doing is guessing. If you decide to use the wrong guess you may end up potless.

???? Why are you comparing the growth of 2 totally different types of plants? It's like saying "My Pomeranian isn't getting as big as my Bulldog"..? Really! Each plant has it's own needs- and different life cycles-- That cannabis plant is way over-nuted-- it should not be that dark and burned at the tips--

How and what do you feed it?
How much/often do you water?
What kind of lights?

It's not flowers or veggies hun- they have their own special set of needs-- let us know what you use & do with them, and I am sure some of us can help you get it straightened around! ;)

What kind of lights are you growing under?

How long do you veg for?

What were your last two Harvests like?

Really? Is this genuine?

The previous dog analogy was good. You could even go further though - why is my giraffe taller than my zebra?

Sounds like this thread is further to another from the OP regarding this issue, so maybe it isn't a wind up. But seems weird threads like these crop up again and again on here with funny looking plants.

The initial post makes it sounds like you have no understanding of the cannabis flowering process. You say this is your third attempt. What was the result of the first two? Did you get cannabis you could smoke? I can't help thinking you've been expecting the plants to flower themselves.

Man those things look like they are drowning to me, soggy and mossy looking soil. Looks like a high tide ring on some of the shots.

i use rapid growth as nutrient, medium used is vermerculite , age is 3 months , strain - super critical , environment - in a small room about 1.5m/sq , very well ventillated with a cooler and an extractor with a temperature around 27-29 degress

it's by hydroponic system that they get their water and food, once every 24Hours , they are fed with rapid grow , i use a 400w hps

yeah man, it's really strange of what am getting so far. the weed plant won't simply grow normally. my previous growth under the same conditions and identical mediums, food , water ,hps were are sucessful. the strain i was growing was SUPER CRITICAL.
but the plants would reach about 80cm in height then went to flowering process. not these small ones.

additional info - the seeds germinate perfect, transfered into vermerculite . they grow about 2cm tall and then they stop growing. they seems to stop at this height whereas other plants continue to gain in height.

You still aren't addressing the fact that you are using a different type of plant to compare to the growth of the cannabis- or whether or not you even use a 12/12 light cycle to flower them etc...

What KIND of hydroponics???
What is the pH of your water & nute solution?
How close are the lights, and what cycle do you have them on?

If that is 100% Vermitculite- it is staying too wet and is covered in algae..which can cause issues also.

here are some links to growing tutorials I've written for new growers- read them and see if they may answer your questions...

I just went and tried to research "Rapid Growth" fertilizers-- all I am finding is one for aquatic plants????

What BRAND are you using and what feeding schedule do you follow?????

If you are using what I think you are-- you will NEVER get a plant to grow with that stuff-- "Aquatic" means in an aquarium- NOT hydroponics-- totally different and will NOT feed above-ground plants!

thanks lady
rapid grow is a local nutrient found in my country. theses are made locally.
they worked perfectly for my earlier growths attempts giving great results.
am using the Ebb and Flow System hydro
yes it's 100% vermer , the lights are 1.5m from the plants. water i use is distill water, added with a big table spoon of rapid grow.

Can you tell me the N-P-K and mineral content of the nutes? just type it off the label...

Your lights are WAY too far away! they need to be much closer!
What kind of lights?
Get them close enough that you can feel the heat (just barely) on the back of your hand at plant-top level...
If floro's-- get them 3" away...

Are you keeping-up on the pH???

Any extra info helps!
