Extraction Tube Help Low Yields

I currently have a glass 18 inch extractor that is 1.5 inch ID and a Concentrate Industries valve controlled column that is 1.75 inch ID and about 15 inches long. Holds up to 120 grams if I pack tightly. I believe that I am experiencing channeling with both of these tubes. I really want a 24 inch or 36 inch extractor with an ID of 1 inch. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I could acquire such a tube. I have looked everywhere online with little success.

My yields are just not good enough for the trim I'm running. I have been packing my tube tight. Also been freezing my trim. Using Power 5. Been using 3 cans for 120 grams. I originally thought that I wasn't using enough cans but the 3rd can produces very little. Sorry my post is all over the place. Just trying to improve my tech.

Also using HF 2 stage 3 CFM pump with Vac it Pro Chamber.

Maybe pack it slightly less tight? ive over packed a tube before and it produced like hitting a blunt thats rolled too tight.

you want it to be tight but with just enough room for the butane to flow consistently.

We just had ours made for us by a local scientific glass manufacturer. The borosilicate cost us $1/inch plus $10 to close the injection end and flare the discharge end, as well as a full anneal afterwards.

We had to order in lots of 10 or more, but a 12" cost about $22, a 24" $34, and a 36" $46. It wasn't hard to get rid of the extras amongst friends and associates at cost or brother in-law prices, or indeed collect their money ahead of time to soften the initial blow.

Alas, the company doesn't wish to have their name associated with the cannabis business at this time, as it is a minor part of their overall business, they have government contracts and some of their larger customers are stiff necked.

However, if you wanted ten of them, even random lengths, I have no doubt that we could find a third party intermediary, to have them drop shipped blind. What part of the country (s) are you in?

Yeah, the artistic blowers around here are a close lot. One even asked for a consulting fee to look at my design and quote a design calling for hundreds of units. I guess it doesn't hurt to ask, but you can starve to death waiting for me to do so, if you don't have other resources.

I called a local steel shop and they have stainless tubing that they will sell me a piece 12" for 10$. I'm going that route I think just so I don't have to worry about the durability factor. I can't see an advantage between stainless and glass really so why not. If I'm wrong which is extremely possible I'll welcome other opinions.

in Texas for less then a month then up to CO
You will like it here. Met more growers that moved here from Texas, Kansas and Missouri than everywhere else combined. I do a considerable amount of consulting for MMC's and find a lot of growers / trimmers / budtenders that moved in from out of state. I personally think it's good, there's a lot of subpar crap that needs to get overrun by quality.

What part of the state are you headed to?

i have an apt now in colo springs but i am looking for work and a house in denver, planning on opening up an extract company and it appears they are up north in denver
i went up there back in Nov. and got the cheapest apt i could find so i could start the whole 2 year resident that you have to be to get licensing.

although R&R told me you dont need to wait the 2 years for extract companies.... anyone else have any info on this?

To hold an MMIP, OPC or MMC you need to be a resident for two years. You will need a Key badge and likely a medical marijuana vendor license also (key badge comes with vendor license). Gets thicker every year.
