Extracts to enhance taste

Hello mates.

So I was on youtube looking at hygrowhybrid and seen he was using flavor extracts, raw cane sugar and molasis.

I may be interested in testing this on a plant. But would wonder what the ratio would be per gallon of the molasis and raw cane as the extract is the whole bottle?

Also when should you start this?
last week before harvest during flush?

ANy help is nice

its sa paid channel but descent stuff

its an old trick trippy adding sugars to sweeten flavour and smell etc its been used for years decades if not centuries.

molasses has potassium and iron and a few other stuff in but these are in tiny amounts and allready in your soil ........... 29g carbs per/100g

the sugars feed the bennies and the plant ...... Others will disagree but they're stupid :)

anyways trippy its the carbs that you want to sweeten your bud and glucose is 91g carbs per/100g

the molasses is just 29 g ................. You want the glucose from a chemist .

check out my grow journal trippy , im using glucose:)

its the glucose c you want or AN carboload ............ Molasses is shit compared

Dont waste your time or money on sweetners. Too much can fuck your plant up. I ran some molasses one run and saw zero difference in comparison

They don't sweeten your bud at all, have you ever smelled sugar burning?! ;) its for feeding bacteria and fungi only!
rubbish

i cant be bothered explaining sorry :)

ok i will abit :)

your plant produces glucose naturally........... That doesn't burn.

i said a bit :)

you used it once.

what about all the people who've used it for decades ?

let alone side by side tests?

i myself have experimented on a side by side test with Glucose C and it was far more frosty :)

this site is full of people who have tried things once and failed only left with giving advice to others on their failed attempt at what 1000's others successfully achieved.

if this makes sense Lol in quite stoned haha .

trippy
Advanced nutrients sell a product called 'Carboload' ..... Its just a mixture of carbs.

carbs is glucose which your plant produces naturally ......... You can boost this energy(think on a molecular level) by adding what the plant produces naturally which is Glucose from the chemist..... £1.89 boots uk :)

lol ignore the rest listen to the best lol

Put it this way then, for the tiny minute traces of elements in the Molasses then the grower is seeing what they want to see, fact, anyone else thinking otherwise is either a fool/noob/attention seeker/troll/fucktard - what one are you? o_O
im the one who's done a side by side test with a plant with no Glucose C and a plant With GlucoseC

molasses is shit compared to GlucoseC as i explained in my first post.

??????

too stoned to be bothered son :)

the plant DOES uptake pure glucose and it shares it with the bennies, stem cell and then the flowers.

dextrose hydrate << i think this is right i cant see the pic.
is an other name for pure carb glucose, and hydrate just means it has a single Loose water molecule attached which benifits its uptake :)

that's all you need for a carb/ molasses /sugar whatever boost :)

Hes all of the above...
you are correct about that...I thought it effected the blue dream and made it frostier...but i ran without it next run and its was just as frosty lol. no diff..did this with about 10 diff strains...zero difference

that's because molasses is shit and only good to feed the bennies .

its the glucose u want , there's enough carbs per100g to feed the bennies and the plant .

old growers all say the same " molasses is to feed my bennies young mainy "

i agree with them.

Ps ..... I like how u changed your story from ur first post ;)

" i did one run and never again"

to

" did this with about 10 different strains "

? So you did it once and it was shit, then you decided to it Another 9 times .... Ok

Well its got lots of trace goodies and sugar. When pushing the plant i definitely notice a difference. Back when i was growing outdoors i would use it on and off, but when i switched to mostly indoor a few years back ive really seen it work. And yea ive done side by sides.

Im sure pics sound great....to some..But obviously wont prove anything. Besides a general understanding of how plants work and you can see the purpose.

It also aids in terpene synthesis. Similar to how composting stems and adding unburned weed to your soil will. Phenols can linger for a couple years in soil before breaking down

I will say, there was a raised threshold for light bleaching. Yields were improved and soil was improved, not just bacterial health but soil tilth..and that was the main reason i used it when running outdoor.

I did side by sides. 10K with molasses,10k without, over like 4 or 5 runs..

I think the main reason i didnt notice as much as a difference when used outdoors was simply the plant isnt being pushed outdoors

The buds will not be any sweeter though, but yes a high brix has massive implications and very important and can effect flavor in relation to esters and terps etc
