Fall colors with LED?

Been growing for a while, but just recently bought my first LED lights. They seem to be doing really well but I did notice that several strains I have grown over and over again are changing to pinks, reds, and purples through the end of flower without flushing. I have never had these strains change color at all. They were always green start to finish. Can someone explain why this is happening? It makes for very visual appealing plants just curious as to the the science behind it. Does LED grown plants have a different nutrient uptake? Pics below of some examples.

They almost always do that under LED. Km sure there's some people in here with some answers or ideas as to why.

Are the lights pink/purple or white?

I get similar stuff, even with leaves crisping up, when give very intense light from all directions.

Does it happen on all the plant at the same time? Or just tops?

These are HGL drivers with samsung boards. 301H diodes. White light at 3000k. This happens to the whole plant at about 5 weeks then continues happening till flower.

I have the room jam packed with lights. I have 280 watt LED's between 315 CMH basically wall to wall. They have roughly 10 inches from the tops give or take. I am not worried but just curious. The GG4 I harvested recently is the terpiest I have ever got it, and also turned colors. It turned out better than under HPS. No complaints just wondering why this is happening scientifically.
