so a few questions here....

1. My light fell a bit and when i found it, it burnt a few of my leaves....Not REALLY bad, but a few leaves have a few burnt spots....So im wondering if i should just leaves them on the plant (a few are crispy at the tips and slowly falling apart), or should I just clip them off?

also...

2. Ive heard a few things about fan leaves, like you should leave them on and not clip anything. Ive also heard that they should be cut off to get more light to the rest of the plant......so im wondering which is actully the better of the two?

any input would be great, thx! ^_^

Not a good idea to clip fan leaves. Better alternative is to LST or even bend branches to allow more sun. If a leaf is badly burnt and is clearly dying and it's preventing sun from reaching other parts, maybe in that case but only if the leaf is dead or well on it's way to dying. I've had some leaves get burned and other than the damaged part, it continued living for a long time after. Good luck.

dont fan leaves absorb co2 as well as absorb light feeding the rest of the plant and absorb other products of the air? I wouldnt cut them off, if anything add 42w cfls while flowering, you can almost place those right inside the plant if it is a little stretched at all.
